OPOM Admin Dashboard
OPOM — One Project One Month — is a collaborative community where designers, UI/UX designers, and developers, mostly freshers. come together to generate ideas and build real projects within a single month. As the community grew, managing users, tracking project progress, and monitoring team activity became increasingly difficult without a centralized system.
I was brought in as a volunteer UI/UX Designer to design an admin dashboard that gives OPOM organizers a clear, real-time view of everything happening across the platform.

Problem
Without a dedicated management tool, organizers had no efficient way to track registrations, monitor project statuses, identify inactive members, or understand growth trends over time. Critical information was scattered, making it hard to make timely decisions and keep projects on track.
SOLUTION
A centralized admin dashboard that surfaces the most important information at a glance giving organizers full visibility into users, projects, and community activity without having to dig for it.

A dual-line graph tracking both project count and registered users over time, giving organizers a clear picture of community growth month by month.
Project Status Overview
A real-time breakdown of active, completed, and on-hold projects — so organizers always know where things stand across the entire community.
Inactive User Monitoring
A dedicated widget that surfaces users with no recent activity in ongoing projects, allowing organizers to follow up before it impacts project delivery.
Projects Ending Soon
A prioritized list of upcoming project deadlines to help organizers stay ahead and ensure teams are on track before time runs out.

A breakdown of community members by role — frontend developers, backend developers, UI/UX designers, and more giving organizers insight into the talent pool available each month.

DESIGN DECISIONS
A dark theme was already chosen to reduce eye strain for organizers spending extended time reviewing data. Data visualizations were kept clean and minimal prioritizing readability over decoration. The sidebar navigation was structured around the core admin tasks, ensuring the most frequently used sections were always one click away.
